We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. However, our schedules can get hectic and meeting weekly isn’t always possible. If you are looking for a Personal Training Program that is sure to fit your schedule while providing accountability, SureFit may be the right fit for you!
- Initial meeting with a Certified Personal Trainer to assess your fitness level.
- Trainer will design a 4-6 week program based on abilities, to help you achieve (or even surpass!) your goals.
- Second meeting with the trainer for a program walk-through.
- During the 4-6 week period, trainer will provide unlimited communication and support via phone, text, or email.
- Program upgrades available at an additional cost. Upgrades are used in the progression of your program and wellness journey.
- Initial Assessment, Meeting and Program Design ( $125 / $135)
Program Redesign 1/2 hour meeting ($25 / $35)
Additional personal training sessions may be purchased separately.
