Amy has made physical activity a daily part of her life for over 25 years. She was a Health Educator for 10 years, during which she helped clients make behavior changes that improved their quality of life. In 2017, Amy had major back surgery and believes that being fit and active provided her with the physical and emotional strength to fully recover. As a mom of three, she understands the importance of juggling the day-to-day life of busy children and still making physical activity an essential part of her life as well as her family’s.

Amy’s approach is to help clients identify fitness goals. With a positive and enthusiastic personality, she uses behavioral, motivational and educational strategies to help clients reach their potential.
