Expertise:
Erin has been teaching at the Rose E. Schneider Family YMCA since 2012 and Personal Training since 2013. She has a passion for running and an even bigger passion for educating people on the fundamentals of cardiovascular, strength, and functional training. Erin is an advocate for injury prevention and feels that we all have our own inner athlete.

Approach:
In 2009, Erin decided to venture outside of her comfort zone and began running. She had hopes of completing her first marathon. The thought of trying to reach the finish line seemed extremely scary to her at first. However, with a lot of love, support, and courage she reached the end and kept running into a career that now gives her the opportunity to support others on their journey to their finish lines. She found that the sky is the limit if we take small steps and begin pushing through our personal boundaries. Erin supports each of her clients and class participants. She educates them and guides them down that unknown path. Once there, she teaches them how to adapt to the unknown and succeed. Regardless of gender, physical makeup, or exercise history, there is a path towards health and fitness excellence for each and every person.
