Andrew has been training for over 10 years, ranging from resistance training, cardiovascular training, yoga and mind-body awareness training. He's been able to transform his mind and body through various forms of exercise. Andrew uses training as a way to relax, cultivate joy and experience inner peace through the process.

Approach:
Andrew believes mental well-being is just as important as our physical well-being. Being mindful of both aspects of ourselves while training will help one to gain awareness of both the mind and body, leading to a greater knowledge of the self. He would like to create long-term adherence and develop good habits based on custom programs specifically devised for one's wants and needs.
