RJ SCHIRG, FOOTBALL INSTRUCTOR

RJ has been playing football since he was five years old. Over the years, he has played both sides of the ball. RJ is currently a junior physical education student at Slippery Rock University with a minor in coaching and aquatics. He is 3x PSAC Scholar Athlete. He has worked very hard to be where he is today, a lineman for the nationally ranked SRU football team.

RJ has deep knowledge of football for all positions - offense and defense! He wants to pass along his knowledge and passion for the game in a safe, calm, and coordinated way. He wants to see the transformation of his athletes throughout their time together.

RJ has a passion for helping current players of all ages grow and obtain a better understanding of the sport. As well as teaching new players an introduction to the game.

His parents have been his biggest supporters throughout his life. They were heavily involved in his youth football career. He encourages parents to attend his training sessions so they can understand the game as well and be just as involved with the sport.
