There is so much more to fitness than the physical aspect, and it will truly change how you think and how you live. Training will boost your confidence, your motivation, and your energy. I know this because I have lived it.

Fitness started as something that I would do on and off without giving much thought to it. I liked to play basketball and be outside, but I never took it seriously until I began practicing Tae Kwon Do. Now, fitness is a way of life for me. It improves my life physically, mentally, and spiritually just like the YMCA intends for its members.

I am happy to work at the place I have called home for 13 years, and I would love to help you reach your fitness goals! Let’s build a healthy body, mind, and spirit together. The best time to start is today!
