About Me:
I joined the Y and began exercising at my doctor’s recommendation because of high cholesterol and other related issues. Today, because of diet and exercise, none of those health problems exist! I know how my life was changed through developing healthier habits.
I became a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor and am excited and blessed for the opportunity to help others.
I love to run, bike, play tennis, and hang out with my husband and three children. On the side, I am a hairdresser and volunteer interpreting for the deaf. I TRULY BELIEVE YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU SET YOUR MIND TO. I would love to help you!
